UHMWPE Hose Manufacturer

UHMWPE chemical hose
This UHMWPE hose is engineered for the safe suction and discharge of a broad range of aggressive fluids, including chemicals, solvents, and corrosive liquids. It features a smooth white synthetic rubber tube with a UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) translucent lining, offering exceptional resistance to chemical attack. Reinforced with high-tensile synthetic plies and helical steel wire, it maintains excellent structural integrity under both suction and pressure. The outer cover is made of blue EPDM rubber compound, designed to resist chemical exposure, ozone, and environmental wear. Its wrap finish provides added durability, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications. This hose performs reliably across a temperature range of -20°C to +120°C.
