Air Hose 20 Bar Manufacturer

20 bar air hose for compressor use

Air Hose 20 Bar

This Air hose 20 Bar also know as pneumatic hose is 20 bar high pressure hose for compressors engineered for use in demanding environments such as compressors across industrial sectors, construction sites, shipyards, refineries, and wagons where tough operating conditions are common. Air hose 20 bar features a lining made from specially modified blends of natural and synthetic rubber compounds, ensuring durability and performance. Reinforced with either single or double high tenacity synthetic textile yarn braids, the hose maintains strength and flexibility under pressure. Its outer cover is similarly composed of modified rubber compounds, offering resistance to ageing and abrasion. The hose is capable of withstanding service temperatures ranging from -30°C to +80°C, and it surpasses the requirements of IS: 446 Type 2 standards.
