SandBlast Hose Manufacturer

SandBlast Hose

This heavy-duty sandblast hose is meticulously engineered for rigorous surface preparation tasks, including cleaning, blasting, and casting operations on metal, stone, and concrete surfaces. It excels in both wet and dry sand applications, as well as with other abrasive materials, making it a versatile choice for industrial environments. The hose features an extra-thick, seamless rubber lining devoid of mineral fillers, ensuring exceptional resistance to wear and tear caused by abrasive particles. This design choice enhances durability and maintains flexibility, even under harsh media flow conditions. Reinforced with one or two layers of high-tenacity synthetic yarn braids, the hose offers enhanced strength and stability under high-pressure scenarios. This reinforcement ensures the hose can withstand the demands of heavy-duty applications without compromising performance.
