Read the pressure from your bore, never from the range
Working pressure on this hose does not fall smoothly as bore increases. The catalogue's figures rise and fall across the size range, so the second-smallest bore is rated lower than both its neighbours.

Why spiral rather than braided?
Spiral construction carries higher working pressure and tolerates pressure impulse better than a braid at the same bore, which is why it is specified on excavators, cranes and heavy presses. The trade-off is stiffness: spiral hose is harder to route in tight spaces.
Can you supply assemblies pressure tested?
