- SAE 100 R2 AT - two braids of high tensile brass coated steel wire. Bore 1/4 inch to 2 inch. Working pressure 5800 PSI / 400 BAR at 1/4 inch, falling to 1160 PSI / 80 BAR at 2 inch.
- SAE 100 R3 - two braids of high tenacity textile yarn. Bore 1/2 inch to 1 inch. Working pressure 1000 PSI / 69 BAR at 1/2 inch, falling to 565 PSI / 39 BAR at 1 inch.
- SAE 100 R6 - one braid of high tenacity textile yarn. Bore 1/2 inch to 1 inch. Working pressure 400 PSI / 28 BAR at 1/2 inch, falling to 190 PSI / 13 BAR at 1 inch.
- EN 856 4SP / 4SH - four spiral plies of steel wire in alternating directions. Bore 1/2 inch to 2 inch. Highest working pressure in the range at 6090 PSI / 420 BAR at 3/4 inch; 3630 PSI / 250 BAR at 2 inch.

- Water Hose - conforming to IS 444 Type 2, CM/L No. 8400124510. Bore 1/2 inch to 2 inch. WP 145 PSI / 10 BAR, minimum burst 435 PSI / 30 BAR. Service temperature -25 C to +70 C. For general purpose water in construction, engineering and irrigation.
- Air Hose Type 1 - conforming to IS 446 Type 1, CM/L No. 8400132105. Bore 1/2 inch to 2 inch. WP 145 PSI / 10 BAR, minimum burst 580 PSI / 40 BAR. Service temperature -25 C to +70 C. For compressors and pneumatic tools.
- Air Hose Type 2 - conforming to IS 446 Type 2, CM/L No. 8400132105. Nitrile rubber lining. Bore 1/2 inch to 2 inch. WP 232 PSI / 16 BAR, minimum burst 928 PSI / 64 BAR. Service temperature -25 C to +70 C.
- Air Hose 20 Bar - exceeds IS 446 Type 2. Bore 1/2 inch to 2 inch. WP 300 PSI / 20 BAR, minimum burst 900 PSI / 60 BAR. Service temperature -30 C to +80 C. For compressors in industry, construction, shipyards and refineries.
- Air / Rock Drill Hose - exceeds IS 446 Type 3. Single braid of high tensile brass coated steel wire. Bore 1/2 inch to 2 inch. WP 510 PSI / 35 BAR, minimum burst 2040 PSI / 140 BAR. Service temperature -30 C to +80 C. Highest pressure pneumatic hose in the range, for open cast mining and quarrying.
- Steam Hose, 1-wire braid - exceeds IS 10655 Type 2. Heat resistant EPDM lining and cover. Bore 1/2 inch to 2 inch. WP 145 PSI / 10 BAR, minimum burst 1450 PSI / 100 BAR. Service temperature -40 C to +195 C.
- Steam Hose, 2-wire braid - exceeds IS 10655 Type 3. Bore 1/2 inch to 1-1/4 inch (catalogued range). WP 250 PSI / 17 BAR, minimum burst 2500 PSI / 170 BAR. Service temperature -40 C to +232 C.

- UHMWPE Chemical and Food Grade Suction & Discharge Hose - UHMWPE translucent lining, helical steel wire reinforcement, blue EPDM cover. Bore 3/4 inch to 4 inch. WP 240 PSI / 16 BAR, minimum burst 720 PSI / 48 BAR. Service temperature -20 C to +120 C.
- Cable Coolant / Carbon Free Hose - non-conductive, for furnace coolant duty in electrical and steel industries. Bore 3/8 inch to 2 inch. WP 250 PSI / 17.20 BAR, minimum burst 1000 PSI / 69 BAR (2 inch size is rated 200 PSI / 14 BAR working and 800 PSI / 56 BAR burst). Service temperature -40 C to +100 C.

## Suction and discharge hoses (10 bar large bore series)

Common platform across the series: working pressure 10 bar / 150 psi, minimum burst 30 bar / 450 psi, vacuum rating 0.9 bar on suction grades, supplied in 20 metre coils. Tube compound, cover, outside diameter and service temperature differ by product.

- Water Suction & Discharge - smooth black SBR tube with helical steel wire. ID 19 mm to 203 mm (3/4 inch to 8 inch). Service temperature -30 C to +80 C. For water and sewage discharge in mining, construction and industry.
- Oil Suction & Discharge - smooth black NBR tube, helix steel wire plus a copper wire. ID 19 mm to 203 mm. Service temperature -20 C to +80 C. For fuel and mineral oils with aromatic content up to 50 percent.
- Lay Flat Water Discharge - smooth black SBR tube, high tensile synthetic plies, no helix. ID 40 mm to 203 mm. Service temperature -30 C to +80 C. Discharge only; not vacuum rated.
- Bulk Material Suction & Discharge - highly abrasion resistant NR/SBR tube. ID 25 mm to 203 mm (1 inch to 8 inch). Service temperature -20 C to +75 C. For cement, fly ash, gravel and sand.
- Sand Blasting Hose, textile ply - high abrasion resistant NR/SBR tube with a copper wire. ID 13 mm to 102 mm (1/2 inch to 4 inch). Service temperature -20 C to +80 C. For delivery of sand and shots.
- Dry Cement / Fly Ash Suction & Discharge - smooth black NR rubber blend, helix wire, corrugated SBR wrap finish cover. Bore 2 inch to 14 inch, plus customised sizes. Working pressure 10 bar. Test pressure 1.5 times working pressure; burst pressure 3 times working pressure. Service temperature -30 C to +70 C. Maximum coil length reduces with bore: 20 m up to 8 inch, 15 m at 10 inch, 12 m at 12 inch, 10 m at 14 inch. Supplied with or without end connections.

## Metallic and PTFE hoses

- Stainless Steel Flexible Hose - annular corrugated flexible metal hose produced from longitudinally welded tube, mechanically corrugated, with or without stainless steel braiding. Standard EN ISO 10380. Hose material AISI 304, AISI 321 or AISI 316L; braiding AISI 304 or 316L. Sizes 6 mm to 150 mm. Threaded, flanged or swivel end connections to customer specification.
- SS PTFE Teflon Hose - PTFE lined, stainless steel braided. Inside diameter 3.5 mm to 50 mm (1/8 inch to 2 inch). Working pressure 3625 PSI / 250 BAR at 1/8 inch, falling to 435 PSI / 30 BAR at 2 inch. Service temperature -65 C to +260 C. For oil, steam, acid, diesel, petroleum and chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry service.

## Electrical insulating mats

Vardhman(R) High Voltage Electrical Insulating Mat is Personal Protection Equipment, laid in front of open switchboards and high voltage equipment to protect against electric shock. Manufactured in India since 1996. ISI marked and type tested by ERDA and CPRI; tests and specifications also meet BS 921, IEC 61111 and ASTM. Suitable for both AC and DC applications. Composition is a synthetic elastomer with an anti-skid finish, flame retardant, low temperature resistant, and resistant to acid, alkali, diesel and transformer oil.

- Class A - 2.0 mm thick, maximum use voltage 3.3 KV, AC proof voltage 10 KV, AC di-electric strength 30 KV
- Class B - 2.5 mm thick, maximum use voltage 11 KV, AC proof voltage 22 KV, AC di-electric strength 45 KV
- Class C - 3.0 mm thick, maximum use voltage 33 KV, AC proof voltage 36 KV, AC di-electric strength 65 KV

All classes: minimum tensile strength 15 N/mm2, minimum elongation 250 percent, minimum 75 percent retention of tensile and elongation after ageing at 70 +/- 1 C for 168 hours, minimum 80 percent retention after 48 hours immersion in acid, alkali, diesel or transformer oil.
